Question by Tom: Can a Google "Dev Phone 1" (HTC) be upgraded to Android 2.2?
I have been given a dev phone 1 with an old Android OS. Apparently, this is a developer phone capable of being upgraded to any new Android OS. So far, I have only seen references to upgrading dev phone 1 devices to version 1.6 of Android. My assignment is to upgrade the phone to Android 2.2.
