i have the t-mobile pulse mini and any app i try to install gets stuck at starting download

Answer by essiesince you sed u have an android im also assuming you have an internet connection on ur phone as well?? if this is the case you have to keep in mind that your phone is like a computer and you have to clear the cookies and cache AND you can get viruses as well (it can get very slow and freeze)...to keep this from happening you want to go into your settings and turn off your cookies and ...turn off your gps unless you are using it...that makes it run slower and makes the battery die
